    Pros

A lot of respect in the workplace. Analyst, managers, coordinators, and interns working together in great teamwork.

    Cons

The system to time your work at the office is really annoying. It frequently goes off, and it causes trouble for employees and bosses.

    Pros

Great Benefits and decent people to work with... Depending on your department.

    Cons

Stressful culture and environment. The corporate culture they attempt to convey is one that would promote a team environment. However, the culture is not collaborative...rather it promotes a cut throat atmosphere. This place does not have a good reputation. Once I left, I received all types of negative feedback.

I worked at Banco Itau full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

people are nice, small teams, depending on who you work with you can learn a lot (or a little), not a lot of flow but enough to learn, decent work life balance, great benefits

    Cons

not organized, messy hr department, no flow, have a hard time breaking into the US Market, they are a big bank in brazil but do not realize they need to establish a reputation here before thinking they are "big shots"

    Advice to Management

Stick up for your team rather than sit by to try to make yourself look good

    Pros

Itau Bank is the most important private bank in Brazil, working there was a amazing experience, it has increased my knowledge and there was a good environment and good benefits.

    Pros

You can grow inside the bank if you are attached to the Bank's philosophy: fair player in the market , ethic and always looking for attending their client's demands.

    Cons

As a huge Financial Institution, there are several internal problems of comunication. Sometimes it is difficult to present your ideas. But most of the times the employee can be heard.

    Advice to Management

A bank is composed by people, please listen to them.

    Pros

Good benefit package, good opportunity for learning, mobility between cross areas might be possible depending on relationship, before the merge with Unibanco used to be a company where employees build up their long career, that is no longer the practice.

    Cons

Agressive environment where competition among employees is constant. Cost reductions and focus on higher profits is driven the Management decision, people is been treated as numbers only and all their history is been discarded. Management Team needs urgent training and coaching on how to deal with people and treat them respectfully.
