Good company, very well know and establish. Work in BPD can provide you a stability and very good work-life balances. You will find a very nice people all around the organization.

It is a stable company. It has very talented dedicated people. It is the best bank in D.R. It is in the center of the city with ample parking lot.
Cons
It has very low salary. The project leader has to support the bank at any time at any day all year around weekend days or any day. Low or none compensation at all.

-Always changing and growing technologies to learn and experience -Yearly bonus -Provides educational formation -Decent financial benefits -Good work environment besides the burocracy -
Cons
-One of the lowest salaries, specially being "the best place to work" -Work duties inconsistency, gets to do other areas work. -Awful work life balance, almost non-existent. -Overtimes and extra work is "required" even when not in contract, payed or returned. -Low positional growing opportunities. -Too much absurd bureaucracy -Managers and VPs cares more about the work than the employee, almost null.
