    Pros

    Good company, very well know and establish. Work in BPD can provide you a stability and very good work-life balances. You will find a very nice people all around the organization.

    Cons

    Salaries aren't great and the grow opportunities are very slow sometimes.

    It is nice environment to work with loan benefits and good organizational culture

    Lots of burocracy, no that much pay, relatives are always prioritie cause it is a family business

    The only Pro is that is it a steady job and it is well regarded in the market.

    Cons

    Very little growing opportunities, low salary, Management is not good at all.
