    Pros

    During my time in Banco Popular Español the finantial crisis was very hard, so salaries and bonus are very low

    Cons

    The work environment in Banco Popular Español Group was very good and the people was really kind and supportive.

    Advice to Management

    If you want to keep talent in my opinion it is necessary to implement a good salary policy and to motivate your teams

    New department with great opportunities. Reasonable work load. Proactive environment.

    Cons

    Extremely difficult to climb the ladder. You must be at least 5+ years to get promoted. Low salary to be a bank

    Buen ambiente. Buena cantidad de vacaciones y días libres, que normalmente se respetan. Trabajo bastante seguro. Se toman responsabilidades desde el principio. Buena comunicacion y politica de puertas abiertas con los altos cargos

    Bajo salario, tanto fijo como variable, que rara vez se consigue en su totalidad. Estructura poco flexible, muy de la vieja escuela, con poca meritocracia. En segun que puestos se exigen largas horas de trabajo que no se recompensan

    Deben cuidar mas a sus empleados o seguiran sufriendo salida de talento
