I have been working at Banco de Sabadell full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

5th Bank of Spain. Stable. Constant training in skills, products, new applications.

    Cons

Big differences in salaries. No increasements. More responsabilities but no more salary. Expect to assume more for the same money. No extra for extra-hours. Every day to inform about results. Lots of pressure. Lowest salaries in the sector except you come from a swallowed bank (rescued bank)

    Advice to Management

Motivate your people not only expecting from them that they work harder for nothing in return. Pay people according to their duties and responsabilities. In comparison to the other 4 banks,we gain 700-1000 euros less in the same job.
