    Pros

    Salaries are reasonable. Large company footprint with opportunities in multiple states.

    Cons

    Stressful work environment. Male dominated. No real career opportunities especially for women. High turnover.

    Examine Human Resources practices.

    I worked at BancorpSouth full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Passionate CEO who seems focused on improvement and growth, decent base salary, average PTO based on years of employment or title, bank holidays, free parking

    Cons

    High turnover in the Audit Department is a huge red flag and an indicator of poor leadership within the department. Senior Management within the Audit Department is not competent or capable. Very unprofessional environment where incompetent and unskilled team members are often rewarded for being “yes men” rather than having technical auditing skills.

    Advice to Management

    Significant changes need to be made within the Audit Department.
