    Great group of people to work with, fun atmosphere, you get a chance to wear many hats and learn a lot about many different areas of the toy industry.

    Last minute changes that come from management, licensors or networks. Many parties to assuage. You really need to fight for your product line

    Lack of ability to adapt to global business standards, Poor strategy, Low pay scale. Upper management are performing based on outdated principles. Their theory is that the Japanese can do anything and everything so they place unprepared and inexperienced staff in key strategically positions that impact financial bottom line and lay off US staff as a consequence.     short work day, 7.5 hours. Friendly coworkers. Easy work-life balance. Large lunch room. Large nice building.

    Cons

    not enough time off, certain people were able to take off more time then others. Pay was un balanced and un fair. For southern California that salaries were just too low.

    Because the company is failing in their business - Bandai America management have taken to blaming their failure on their employees. There are multiple confict of interest duties within management which as allowed executives to take advantage of positions for their own benefit. All experienced and productive employees have either left or been replaced with cheap overseas resources. Bandai America executives are only...

    Advice to Management

    As evidenced by extremely poor company performance in the last years the current executives have essentially failed to properly manage the business. Do not punish the American employees with layoffs - eliminate the current ineffective management staff. They need to be replaced.
