I worked at Bandwidth full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free benefits, social events for employees, and other small perks

    Cons

They don't pay employees very well, and I've come across some circumstances that were handled unprofessionally by managers and HR. When it comes to reviews and promoting, they play favorites.

    Advice to Management

Don't play favorites - go by the numbers as opposed to opinion. Be professional. Free benefits are nice, but pay your employees what they're worth. Offer bonus incentives.

I have been working at Bandwidth full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The only thing about this company that I really liked are the benefits.

    Cons

Bandwidth will do everything in their power to not pay you what you're worth and deserve. If you work here and get moved internally to a position with more responsibility, they'll call it a lateral move to avoid giving you a raise. People that deserve to get promoted, don't. Just don't bother working here. If you're in a tight spot and need a job, this is an okay stepping stone. Keep looking and get out fast.

    Advice to Management

Get some courage to make a decision and stick with it. Learn how to give straight answers and follow through on what you say.
