    got lots of hands on with technology and learing curve was pretty high

    Management wasn't friendly enough. They don't trust their employees

    practicing performance based career growth, no service tenure or employee age will create any factor. very friendly environment to work with.

    Cons

    only vacancy promotion is applicable, no matter how you perform. some extend it is very frustrating and company loosing talent.
