I started as a Talent PA on my first season and one after the other started getting promoted to Talent Coordinator, until I became de First Assistant Director & Unit Manager for the last 3 seasons. So I appreciate every single opportunity they gave me to grow professionally and gave me so many tools to become a better producer.
Cons
I despise bullying as a resource of exposing anyone in front of coworkers or at any time at all. This was something that happened recurrently coming from the executives. Also, as an Assistant Director & Unit Manager, one of my main jobs was to listen and help every department of the crew. This was of no interest of the executives, making the crew do 14 hour shifts some days, regardless of anything or anyone.

Great manger, lovely team, lots of Social Events and initiatives.
Cons
Executive team need more diversity, very old fashion in terms of race and equality. CEO gave me major anxiety. Salary was modern day slavery for the amount of work expected. Hire Interns at low salary's then dumb excessive work load on them. do not respect assistant staff .
