I worked at Bank Danamon Indonesia full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly environment, quite fair performance review process, flexible working hours - subjected to your boss' approval, generous in giving COP to employees (from Senior Manager level up)

    Cons

Lack of people empowerment, intricate decision making process, poor employee service (unclear process & SLA). Even my resignation process was quite an unpleasant experience.

    Advice to Management

I think the directorate level should start thinking of having a shared KPI so that all LOB within the bank will work for each other instead of against each other. Sometimes I feel Management decision is confusing and dont have clear direction so when it comes to implementation is very challenging even sometimes cancelled because of decision's change.
