    Pros

Family-oriented culture Able to take a break for 2 hours if there is no error Challenging place for those who want to develop the multi-tasking skill.

    Cons

-No work-life balance -No compensation for those employees that work till midnight/weekend/holiday -The manager doesn't care for their employees (only ensure the system running well but employees health is the latest) -Just dream on the vacation (When the system is broken, they just calling at you, if you don't answer the will talk you behind aka judgmental) -Too many politics

Just graduate and not sure what kind of job that suitable for u? Then this is the best program. They allow you to experience rotations across divisions. Exposure to senior and upper management. Exposure to regional exp (sg, my, hk etc)

    Cons

High expectation and need to be agile.

I worked at Bank OCBC NISP full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I've been 5 years working at OCBC NISP, started as MDP. Here are the things i list for pro: 1.Kekeluaragaan. This is the best thing that happened in OCBC NISP. I can say that we cover each other, and we trust each other. But ever since network took over, this culture is slowly vanishing (i will explain it in cons) 2. Good place to learn I add this to pro because OCBC NISP is the first olace I've ever worked and i leaned a great deals in here. Some people will actually mentored you until they think you understand enough.

    Cons

    1. THE NETWORK DIVISION. The network division took over the business from mid 2015, and since then it's all going downhill. They managed by obsolete people who were still believe that the obsolete way will work in this age. Apparently, the are wrong. We had to fill the KPI CALC, Pipeline, ICP everyweek! And in some area, they requested daily. For us in Salesforce, these tools can never increase our productivity and KPI. These tools is dreadful to us, millenials. This signifies that they never trusted us to do the job right. They think micromanaging is still effective. Surprise surprise, they are awfully wrong again. 2. INCENTIVE The incentive is so so. There are many banks who have good incentive sytem. I can't say in OCBC NISP the incentive is bad, but i can say incentive in OCBC NISP is kinda half-hearted. 3. TOXIC ENVIRONMENT Because the system is so awful, people started to thinking negatively about their future on OCBC NISP. And that condition made the environment even toxic. People start spreading negativity. The management spread fear all around you. They will keep reminding you that your position isn't secure, even if you had achieved.

I worked at Bank OCBC NISP full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great and helpful friends, good inter-unit collabs, & friendly culture; bank is adapt to market needs & competitions fairly quick, product policies were fairly flexible & adaptive.

    Cons

High employee turnover, high jobdesc but low paying overall, not many other benefits, quite hard to get good KPI, payrise and promotion because the company was often prefer to assigned new pro-hired for managerial levels. Also office politics were quite fierce.
