    Salary, health benefits, retirement and 401k, vacation and FMLA, growth potential, no hassle management, great associates, company network, company wide diversification.

    Cons

    Older software, new services pushed out before ready, delayed communication from upper management, many new inexperienced lower level managers in under staffed departments.

    Advice to Management

    We've got the latest technology, but our hardware and maintenance are outdated.

    Pros

    Company provided laptop and location was great. Commission from production staff sales was always a welcome bonus for a hard month.

    Cons

    The sales drive left a team unaccountable in how they treated operations or consumers.

    Advice to Management

    Let the team you hired do the job. Micromanagement doesn't work or help.

    Pros

    This job was a good foot in the door at the bank. The supervisors were fair. There was a great team and some fun employee stuff.

    Cons

    The work wasn't terribly stimulating. I also found it hard to always produce perfect documents. I guess I'm more of a big thinker....
