    Pros

    -Flexible schedule
    -Great benefits
    -Good experience
    -Good direct management

    Cons

    -High volume
    -Varying complexity
    -Stress
    -Poor upper level management
    -Many changes for the worse
-Decent pay but does not compensate for the stress. Similar jobs with other banks offer more pay and less stress. Great experience to get your foot in the door.
-Business partners have high demands and lack knowledge.

    Advice to Management

-Focus on the people and not the numbers. Job is too complex and varies too often to meet cycle time, QA, and production goals.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are great healthcare, PTO and depending on your manager your schedule can be very easy to work around

    Cons

The training program is not good enough to learn the job. Your performance is directly impacted by your accuracy.

The job Is for an introvert which for me is a problem, I was led to believe it was something different in my interview.

Your performance is graded differently by different people. Some may "ding" you for something that others wont and vise versa.

You have to stay in your role a full year before you can switch out of it.

    Advice to Management

Help your new hires get up to speed faster. Put more effort into training.
