I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Insurance, treatment, pay, training, happy employees, happy clients. Innovative technology for customers. Has back office team to help and provide support with any uncertainties so that client-facing associates look professional while helping clients. Goals are more realistic because it is based off of clientele traffick of the center so that less busy centers are lot given the same goal production as a center that has larger volume of clientele.

    Cons

Would be nice to have more computers to do work with. Everyone has work to do, but not everyone has access to a computer to do the work.
