    Strong emphasis for employees to give annual survey feedback on areas of improvement for employee satisfaction. There are good attempts of follow through but could go further.

    Speaking for technology, the company lacks will and budget for career development or learning new tools.

    Commitment for training and employee development will strengthen every area of technology.

    Pros

    Extensive training and team meetings. Three weeks vacation plus sick days and personal days.
    You can buy an extra week of tIme off. The Bank is involved in numerous community volunteer work .

    Cons

    My lending position was also a risk position and sales. A little overwhelming at times.

    Cons

    Favoritism (like most places) rules all; get treated light kids in kindergarten at times; hard to move up and make decent money unless you came from outside the bank

    Pros

    Always work to be done to keep you busy, company encourages further developemnt on training and education, flexible scheduling, regular employee recognition, great community culture. Company takes care of their employees and communities surrounding on a regular basis and in times of need. Great health benefits and 401K.

    Cons

    Too many levels "layers" within each department, positions not aligned with actual titles, low salaries. There seems to be a reorganiztion of lines of business every year or half year.

    Advice to Management

    Align titles to actual experience and jobs performed. As well as compensation.
