I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Work is interesting, people are generally very friendly, reasonable hours and expectations. Not political; can definitely move up.

    Cons

Many of our employees were shuttled downtown effectively isolating our team from the rest of the bank. There is a general lack of effort to both educate and care for their employees' financial education and career aspirations. It feels as if they are suffocating our growth.

    Advice to Management

Get all teams together in the same building or close-by. Force managers to have career conversations and generally be open to learning and career development.
