    Pros

You are able to advance throughout the company quickly.

    Cons

No matter the education or past experience, they are not willing to pay a decent salary. I worked there 10 years without a good salary advancement. I left the company to find there were companies willing to pay their employees.

    Advice to Management

    Pay employees their worth.
