Current Employee - Applications Architect in Charlotte, NC

I have been working at Bank of America for more than 2 years

      Pros

They pay their contractors very well

      Cons

Layoffs affecting teams to a great extent, not offering FTE to contractors who go above and beyond. Some teams have no defined path and things jump around They should recognize contract talent and utilize knowledge Do away with them vs us (FTE vs. Contractor) No sense of urgency and lack of communication

      Advice to Management

Look at those who you hire as contractor some want to be FTE and will go above and beyond.

    • Better Communication from Manager(s) required.
