    Pros

Team work, and best practices, ensures projects stay on track

    Cons

Audit related activities can be tedious but fortunately represent a smaller percentage of daily activities

    Advice to Management

Understand that contractors may not have 20 years of experience within the bank to understand applications at a detail level. We need support from leadership that are subject matter experts at times when we have a question.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Ability to grow career across broad areas of bank. The company has large presence in retail banking and needs line experience to build enterprise solutions.

    Cons

Reorganizes frequently. Ability to grow career through manager development and support is minimal as company reorganizes and shifts leaders around frequently.
