    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Help desk and technical support was always helpful and timely.

    Cons

Only wanting one teller behind the line during peak hours and closing drive throughs to encourage online and ATM banking. Constantly pushing clients outside the bank for everyday transactions but wanting bankers and managers to have appointments from open to close. The pressure put on the branch managers was overwhelming.

    Advice to Management

This bank is too big. The clients and the employees are nothing but a number, I never once felt valued.
