I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

There used to be Pros, but place has really gone downhill.

    Cons

Management is lost. No technical or business leadership. Threats of layoffs are constant. Hire totally inexperienced people. Everything is vendor driven. Internal Political wars are constant

    Advice to Management

I have given advise up to Band 2 levels. It's difficult to get delusional Senior Leadership to listen

    Pros

Managers are flexible, and emphasize work-life balance. Great campus, people are generally nice.

    Cons

Technologies used are insanely old...reasoning being stability, but it seems as if there is a resistance to change. Salaries/bonuses are much lower than market value.

    Advice to Management

Reward good workers financially; biggest reason why the best people leave regularly.
