    Pros

Great benefits for a large corporations especially in terms of time off. Good pay, one of the highest in Charlotte.

    Cons

Work culture can differ from one group to another. everthing seems to be just as big of an issue as a prod issue, and things are expected to get done in the after hours.

    Advice to Management

Compensate your employees well, and if someone is putting in extra voluntary time, you should recognize that. Be more proactive with your reviews.
