    The benefits at Bank of America are amazing. The people are great to work with as well. The training was great.

    Cons

    Being in a call center, management was strict about schedules and did not work with you. I didn’t feel management had my best interest in mind

    Pros

    If you are there for a year and you have a kid, you can take up to 4 months off paid.

    Cons

    There are few leaders in this company, its mostly managers. Managers rhat manage the bad and pay no attention to the good. If you are looking for a company that provides recognition, and provides coaching and support for growth. This is not the place.

    Learn to lead.
