    Great company. Benefits are awsome.

    Cons

    Hirrible Mangers. Hard to get a transfer within the company. They treat people from dif countries differently, especially if you're black.

    Pros

    Great Benefits, Working from home was the best, great team work.

    Cons

    Too many re-orgs. Never knew who you were reporting to up the ladder past your immediate manager. Inconsistent deliverables throughout the enterprise made it hard to work on project documentation. Each org required something different.

    Advice to Management

    Instill consistency across the enterprise and reduce the amount of re-orgs.
