    Pros

    Very good company to work for with many great opportunities for growth. When relocating for personal reasons it was very easy to transfer and work in other states. Managers in all department were helpful and very knowledgeable. Tuition reimbursement, child care and work life balance were part of the company's ways of showing they care about their associates. Great place to start a career.

    Continue to be great making BOA a great company.

    Decent benefits and some good local employees.

    Cons

    Bad morale, constant layoffs, gotten away from BofA way to do business and moved towards ML. No opportunities in Atlanta.

    Stop the constant layoffs, it kills morale.

    Company provided laptop and location was great. Commission from production staff sales was always a welcome bonus for a hard month.

    Cons

    The sales drive left a team unaccountable in how they treated operations or consumers.

    Advice to Management

    Let the team you hired do the job. Micromanagement doesn't work or help.

    Pros

    Great hours if you have a family or work life balance is a top priority for you. from a base pay standpoint, Bank of America pays decent.

    Cons

    Goals are unreachable, micromanaged from every possible angle, terrible bonus structure if you are in a sales role. Short breaks, no overtime allowed.

    Advice to Management

    redo the bonus structure, and trust the people you hired to do their jobs without needing to stand over them as they do it
