I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great Benefits, Working from home was the best, great team work.

    Cons

Too many re-orgs. Never knew who you were reporting to up the ladder past your immediate manager. Inconsistent deliverables throughout the enterprise made it hard to work on project documentation. Each org required something different.

    Advice to Management

Instill consistency across the enterprise and reduce the amount of re-orgs.

I have been working at Bank of America (More than a year)

    Pros

Decent pay, monthly incentive up to 1100, benefits are great.

    Cons

The management and the pressure to Excel Ben when they don’t properly show you how to perform task

    Advice to Management

Stop being petty and remain professional. To much personal interactions with employees to the point where it disturbs the floor flow. Also it would be great if you actually promoted people qualified for the positions instead of showing favoritism.

I have been working at Bank of America (Less than a year)

    Pros

Benefits package and perks are great

    Cons

Not many cons, great culture and experience. I hate how you can lose your incentive bonus after working so hard through the month based off “bad quality” but other than that no complaints

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work

    Pros

Great benefits at this company, the lay was decent but it's a sales job so be aware .

    Cons

They're incentive structure all depends on how much money you make them and they pay out every 3 and a half months which is considered a quarter so you get as little as $500 or as much as over $7000 every quarter depending on how you sell but in order to qualify you must have high customer service and high quality scores which you'll learn about during training
