    Paid holidays that's basically it there's nothing good with this company

    Low pay , staffing issues , long hours , ridiculous pay rate .

    Advice to Management

    Hire more people and stop pushing people to mobile app or online banking . Provide actual training . Pay people what they deserve i was an operations manager getting paid less than a new hire !!!!

    Pros

    The culture is all inclusive and friendly, yet professional. The company really has great benefits. Years in and I’m still learning about benefits available to me.

    Fair potential for promotion. Transfers out of state are easy. For the same role you merely have to call ahead and show up. Great upward mobility.

    Cons

    The pay sucks, to be frank. Competitors pay a bit more. One of the very few reasons keeping many of us from leaving is uncertainty about the other banks in their culture and jobs security. There have been some managers with ego issues that were a bit narcissistic, but they don’t last long. The changes in the fraud department regarding quality has been a bit overkill. Too many changed that aren’t necessary.

    Please don’t need to go out of disability. Metlife is the STD and LTD carrier. Employers talk and they are very difficult to deal with a basically look for reasons to deny claims. I have postponed taking leave and having surgery because of this very reason. Not wanting to deal with the headache that it Metlife. I’ve heard horror stories about legitimately disabled people being denied despite. Everyone hates Metlife.

    Advice to Management

    You guys do an awesome job. Keep it up, and please don’t ever start to micro-manage like a small number of managers. It really kills morale. We are educated and trained professionals who are very capable of doing our jobs. Having someone over your shoulder leaves a feeling of distrust in our ability.

    Speak to upper management and get rid of Metlife. I foresee and lawsuit coming and that’s based on employee conversation about the many issues with them.

    Great benefits ok pay friendly staff

    Cons

    Micro management there is a huge pressure to sale on every call. Must document when go to bathroom. No employee engagement, management will make you feel as if your not successful if you do not sale the products.

    Advice to Management

    Reduce sales pressure
    Reduce the micro management
    Include more employee engagement programs

    Pros

    Fair pay although unrealistic goals, Good benefits, and teammates, enough paid time off. Good for developing and growing professionally.

    Cons

    Learn and start looking for better opportunities since they are very limited here, you have to be very close to management in order to grow. You're just a number and when you don't perform they do not care about you. Get used to micromanagement...

    Advice to Management

    Be more human and have more contact with "Sellers" understand and listen more.

    Pros

    The benefits, regular paycheck and employee banking were all pretty awesome. Even the people you sit around can be great.

    Cons

    However, every little thing is micromanaged. From the time you take in between calls to the amount of calls in a day. The idea isn’t to give your people more rules and regulations to deal with to make their job harder. Make it so they can work almost autonomously.

    Advice to Management

    Y’all don’t know what you’re doing half the time. The building I was in was inefficient as a whole.
