I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great benefits, good pay, plenty of hours, opportunities for bonus

    Cons

extremely mentally taxing work that requires a lot of sanity and self-esteem, overtime is “voluntold” and required depending on your team, teams change monthly and can never get close to current team mates, I don’t approve of the company itself and their business practices, management was aware of some teammates violating the queue and working around the system to boost their numbers and guarantee bonus, unfair for small teams, compassion from some managers was very low, feel like just a statistic to the greater monthly goal
