    Pros

    none besides having Sundays off.

    Cons

Didn't schedule more than one person at a time, so not a lot of lunch coverage, doesn't support your school schedule even though they say they "will"

    Advice to Management

Do business wisely, notice how there is a lot of turn over

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits, great opportunities to advance in lateral or upward but must be willing to relocate to another city or state. Positive manager feedback and fostering growth within the immediate job. Management willing to listen to concerns and issues. Great physical location.

    Cons

At times, very offensive associates went un-checked by management. Poor preforming employees were not held accountable by management.

"Bank of opportunitiy to burn out"

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The best reason to work for Bank of America is their generous Benefits package.

    Cons

If you are looking for a good work/life balance - forget about it. In exchange for its hefty benefits this company will suck the life out of you and spit you out. I see people burn out all the time in sales and management positions. And if you happen to be a working mother, 12-week paid maternity leave will be the only time when you'll be happy you chose to work for this company.

    Advice to Management

Stop taking away FTE and you might find yourself pleasantly surprised with what it'd do to customer and employee satisfaction. No matter how sweet, professional and friendly bank employees are, if there's only a few of them and the wait time to see an associate is 20-30 minutes, customers will go elsewhere, and employees will burn out.
