I worked at Bank of America as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Work from home one day a week. You can come in as early as you like and leave once you have worked your 8 hours. Good work/life balance as you are never required to work beyond 40 hours a week. 3 hours of overtime if you would like it.

    Cons

Repetitive and monotonous work every day. No office culture. Work in a cubicle all day and barely interact with any other human. The proprietary systems that you use on a daily basis are slow and often crash. No career advancement. You will be doing this same job forever.

    Advice to Management

Make it fun to come to work.

I worked at Bank of America part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Tons of online training, but it often seemed to be their way of covering themselves. Peers are helpful but scared to get in trouble.

    Cons

Abusive policies that take advantage of the part time employee. Very gossipy and I'm not into that.

    Advice to Management

Try not to have so much turn over
