I have been working at Bank of America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good benefits, many different careers paths,

    Cons

Pay not equal to amount of work

    Advice to Management

As a relationship Banker you are kind of seen as the “Back Up” to single leader centers. Make sure that the amount of work your employee has is been compensated also that they feel appreciated..

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You will always know when you have to be there and when you will leave. The pay is average, that's about it

    Cons

It is the most micromanaged company that I have ever worked for. And you are only as good as your last month ,Managers will backstab you in there is no support for employees. Most of the branches are completely understaffed and they expect you to do way more with way less don't take my word for it read the other reviews on here.

    Advice to Management

Trust your people to do their jobs stop micromanaging it only makes them not work hard.give your people to two they need to be successful
