    Positive Outlook

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Benefits are great and affordable.

    Cons

It takes a long time to be recognized for hard work, scheduling is based on a six day work week. Pay is low for the area, and the 6 day work week makes it hard to have a second job.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

You will always know when you have to be there and when you will leave. The pay is average, that's about it

    Cons

It is the most micromanaged company that I have ever worked for. And you are only as good as your last month ,Managers will backstab you in there is no support for employees. Most of the branches are completely understaffed and they expect you to do way more with way less don't take my word for it read the other reviews on here.

    Pros

Great support from the leaders. They will work with your college schedule so you get time to go to study.

    Cons

Not enough rewards for the CSR's. Everything else I would say that it's fine. You get the same benefits if you are part-time.
