    Best in class technology. 24/7 customer access. Pay and benefits are very good.

    Cons

    Customer experience is not important except for the highly affluent. Goals are not aligned with corporate initiatives, especially customer satisfaction goals. Ivory tower mentality.

    good benefits. good opportunity for advancement due to very high turnover ( If you last...)

    Cons

    underpaid job for the stress you take from customers and management pushing for sales quotas to be met ! Its all about sales, customers ARE NOT IMPORTANT ! Tellers are expected to generate sales referrals of Credit cards, loans etc etc... the goals are unrealistic and you are just a number. Not a good place to work.
