I worked at Bank of America

    Pros

Great benefits. Always having Sunday's off.

    Cons

Sell sell sell. No one cares about how hard you work or how much you are loved by your customers.

    Advice to Management

Promote tellers based on work ethic and other abilities rather then just sales numbers.
