I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great learning experience, flexible working environment, and decent salary. BofA offers the chance to work on many lead left transactions.

Senior management is out of touch. The regulatory environment is making the work way too burdensome. Too many of the burdens are falling on credit.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great opportunities to advance with hard work. Fair salaries and very ethical standards. Very particular about who they hire. Very professional employer with good training programs.

    Cons

Depending on the department, you have to deal with some favoritism. Was not able to work remotely, but I’ve heard it is more prevalent now.

    Advice to Management

Hire older as well as younger employees. Experience goes along way vs. hiring an MBA right out of college.
