I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Benefits are incredible. Easy hours, and if you're willing to work hard there is so much growth and potential for you.

    Cons

Hard to hold employees accountable. It's so easy to call in or leave work. Pay for upper management in Financial Centers should be compensated better.
