    Financial company and exposure to different applications.

    Cons

     Supported the existing Infrastructure with IIS 8.x, 9.x, 11.5.x on RHEL 5, 6 & 7.
     Used iDeploy, uDeploy, istools for migrations
     Used GTK 5.x, Platform LSF for processing the jobs
     Supporting Server maintenances
     Worked on production issues.
     Supported cross-platform applications.
     Used Geneos for monitoring the environments.
     Recycled the services.
     Worked with users to resolve production issues.

    Good salary and benefits including health insurance, 401k , PTO and maternity/paternity leave.

    Cons

    Best time to negotiate salary is when joining the company, raise negotiations usually do not work.

    Pros

    Laidback and independent approach to work, not that much supervision to getting work completed. Go to gym, travel, and work from home when need too. Everyone is pretty easy to work with.

    Cons

    A lot of organizational changes that can have you switching teams/managers. A lot of former coworkers who I got to know, leave the bank.
