I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It's one of the best feather-in-the-cap items on your resume, as long as you last more than one calendar year. Your mere employment here makes you more valuable to other companies. Poachers will seek you out.

    Cons

Out of ~250,000 employees, what team and line of business you work for will fully determine your thoughts on the company. Every division is run like it's own fiefdom with salaries, bonus, perks, scheduling, and flexibility varying wildly. If you want to learn advanced technology like cloud, AI, and block-chain it's great, but the main group that works on those things doesn't pay well, doesn't believe in bonuses for the masses, and tends to treat employees as next-man-up commodities (for example).

    Advice to Management

It's cheaper, and much more productive, to retain than recruit - focus on that! Also, annual training on values is great - having front line managers that live by them would be even better.
