Manager track is the only path for promotion
Declining benefits (health care costs going up, bonus compensation and raises going down)

    Modernize.
Take a cue from recent successful companies that emphasize measurable, metric driven success.
Flatten the organizational structure and stop treating executives like some privileged class.
Start holding senior leaders accountable for poor decision making and spending.
Recognize that not all great employees need to be leaders and stop promoting individuals beyond their usefulness.
Extend stock options and profit sharing to all employees. Link individual success and performance to company success and performance.
Recognize that employees are free thinking individuals and resist being put into little boxes and treated like peons.
