    Good benefits, can learn a lot.

    Helps if you have a good manager. They say they want employees in different locations, but the reality is you don't matter if you're not in Charlotte, New York or Boston

    Make sure ALL your senior and mid-level leaders are true to your priorities and direction.

    Pros

    Compensation is excellent as well as vacation time and benefits. Systems are up to date

    Cons

    BOA treat their employees with such disrespect. They over-work you and they don't show their employees any appreciation for going above and beyond.

    Advice to Management

    You once came from the role we were in, so you should be more supportive and understanding.

    -- large company with varied activities

    -- possible to be pigeon-holed in a task-oriented job
    -- lack of turn-over in senior ranks can maker advancement slow

    managers should spend most of their time with junior associates -- sometimes seems managers talk mostly to other managers only

    Pay , Bonus if lucky your market mgr has a back bone.

    Cons

    FCM's hate that sbrms don't report to them some can be deceitful

    Advice to Management

    Watch the FCM's you know who has reputations with employee quiting ay some point Chicago will learn.

    Basepay too low
    working weekends
    Pay schedule biweekly prefer 15 and 1st
    Branch employee structure is constantly changing
    Incentive plan is never the same

    Advice to Management

    Change incentive to monthly instead of quarterly. Receiving incentive monthly would help make ends meet
