I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Large, stable environment. Good benefits and a diverse group of coworkers. If looking for stability without a immense challenge, BofA and large banks are a good fit

    Cons

Career development opportunities are scarce. Because the organization is so large, change happens very slowly. People are content with status quo instead of driving for improvement.

I worked at Bank of America (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people, great talent. Those that have embraced the Agile journey are seeing significant growth in their productivity, quality, and job satisfaction.

    Cons

Significant diversity in methodology and process understanding there. Many "cooks" believing that their way is the best way, which leads to reduced collaboration around best methods.

    Advice to Management

Continue embracing the Agile transformation, continuous improvement, and nurturing strong, self-managing teams that can complete end-to-end work independently. Foster automation wherever possible.
