I worked at Bank of America part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Bank of America provided excellent launch pad for professional work experience and interpersonal skills. It is structured to take potential from the bottom and give them the tools to move to the top.

    Cons

As the market changed so did the demands of the company. When the bank introduced a Sometimes the requirements were unrealistic. I wouldn’t encourage anyone to apply unless they have adequate sales experience.

    Advice to Management

Lower management needs to be open to upper management about the products. Good products sell themselves. Burdensome projects will always be hard to sell. Keep your long time employees working over 30 hours and give them their due benefits. You will get your return from them.
