    busy all the time with insurance, appraisal changes, great teams to work with

    are good for hiring military

    Cons

    good at creating and fomenting drama in the workplace, firing people for no reason other than they can, then sabotaging their chances at unemployment with false accusations, not enough work to last an 8 hour day, much less a whole week-

    I have much to offer in the way of diversity of experience and profession, because I have worked in various major industries. Within these industries I have had the opportunity to learn human resource policies, procedures and the protocol necessary to enforce them ethically and without liability. From my work in office settings, I have sharpened my organizational skills, attention to detail and my ability to work with speed and accuracy

    A majority of the employees and managers are fairly easy to work with as a team

    Not enough work assignments or training for all of the employees when it comes to work ethics; inefficient and unprofessional office environment

    Step up the work ethics and allow more training in different areas for employees; also run a more efficient and professional office environment
