    Pros

    Overall good Organization to work for compared to other financial institutions.

    Cons

    Senior Management sucks, they only care about department numbers, not their employees. They need to take to time to listen to employee concerns regarding our customers & the department.

    Advice to Management

    Take the time to get to know your employees & their work ethics. Listen to them when they express customer concerns. Promote & compensate your top performers. Be transparent & allow employees to speak freely without the fear of loosing their job.
