    I worked at Bank of America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Lots of support and training. Schedule was fairly placed with plenty of breaks. Salary was on high end for call center work.

    Cons

    Like most call center they micromanage you. Customer satisfaction surveys are the principal gauge for success which can be stressful.

    Good pay, great benefits, experience looks good on resume

    Cons

    Expected to handle a lot more traffic than other banks. Does not give employees enough hours to finish all the work requested. Prides sales over actually giving employees tools to assist customers

    standard business hours so you get to have weekends free work team has been like a second family lots of room to move up

    Good pay and great benefits. Bankers hours are great because you always get Sunday off and are out usually before sundown.

    Cons

    How busy it gets and the customers at times. Generally not flexible as far as days off. And they make you pick your vacations out a year in advance.
