    Pros

great compensation on commission, sales manager is very involved in helping you succeed, the weight of the company name helps a lot

    Cons

almost an excessive amount of product updates and customer credit guidelines, the chain of communication can be very lengthy depending on the department and task needed

I have been working at Bank of America part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

People were great, Good atmosphere, hours weren't bad and opportunity to advance was there if you are willing to work hard.

    Cons

Forced to push referrals to P B with no incentive, dealing with rude customers is never fun and can be a drag on your mood.

    Pros

There are some great teams to be a part of and pay can be good on these teams.
Some good perks for financial products

    Cons

Financial Advisors get all of the credit and perks
The great teams are limited in number and it may be hard to get on them
Compliance and regulations make it hard to work for the client

    Advice to Management

Give a little bit more credit to the Client Associates and operations staff. The Financial Advisors get a lot of credit and not all of them reward their associates enough.

    Pros

Good vacation and benefits, decent pay

    Cons

Stressful environment, bad managers, unmanagable deadlines, unnderstaffed and overworked, unfair treatment of workers, mandatory OT, ungrateful management

    Advice to Management

Listen to your staff, pay attention to your survey's, you have lost a lot of great workers who could not take it anymore. You should worry that many of your best employees have gone to work for a competitor, greed is not good.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

benefits and discounts. If you just want a paycheck, this is the place for you. But long term, this would not be a wise choice.

    Cons

No career advancement unless you relocate. You must dress nice, look hot and make best friends with upper management to get promoted. Some managers aren't qualified academically nor analytically to be managers. Bank of america prefer to hire outside rather than within.

    Advice to Management

Take some business management classes. Learn to be more approachable to your team. Give some positive feedback. Reward your team when needed and be proactive.
