    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The company is obviously big and well known, if you happen to get good managers its not bad, there is room to grow because they like moving up people from within the company.

    Cons

Lowest pay rate out of all the banks i know of, bad management in my personal experience. irresponsive to many of the problems the employees have or any of their complaints.

    Advice to Management

act more professional, don't think that only the employees under you can be coached or trained, change your own tactics and realize you can better your management skills also and not blame everything on the other associates
