    Pros

    Flexibility, easy to get promoted, their training is pretty good, they have some strong impressive people in upper management, reliable

    Cons

    Their pay is the lowest of anywhere but they ask for more than anywhere else I have worked, people are more concerned about them not the company or the clients

    Advice to Management

    Honestly my only thing is pay a lot better and you will have much happier staff that will follow you to the end
