I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Overtime is awesome and great benefits as well. Offers childcare subsidies too. Offer a relaxed environment for its workers. Great pay and bonuses.

    Cons

Constant changing environment, but that is with any call center if you are accustom to this type of job. Schedule are less than desirable.

    Advice to Management

I have been working at Bank of America

    Pros

    Good Benefits, people are nice

    Cons

Can be switched to a job one didn't apply for at a moments notice, unreasonable standards of perfection. If a customer is angry at the bank and writes a bad review, the employee is held responsible. Refunds due to bank and merchant errors are held against the employee by way of percentages. Back to back calls for 8 straight hours, Chat agents are expected to service 3 people at once

    Advice to Management

Use plain old common sense. Stop judging employees by the "overall experience" of the customer. Customers are waiting an hour on the phone due to high volume and the employees pay for it in bad surveys.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Health insurance was good and affordable, Cafeteria was nice, convenient atm on premises, plenty of parking,

    Cons

long hours, angry clients, terrible schedules, they never close on holidays, day shifts are hard to come by, lots of turnaround

    Advice to Management

Don't treat departments differently, hire more help, be flexible when the weather is bad, show appreciation to those who go above and beyond
