- 5.0Nov 23, 2023Customer Service RepresentativeCurrent Employee
Pros
Good pay good benefits good PTO
Cons
Poor management toxic environment gossip
- 3.0Oct 1, 2023Customer Service SpecialistCurrent Employee, more than 10 yearsTampa, FL
Pros
They are starting at $25/hour - but don't expect any raises if you are tenured. Maybe 1-3% increase per year. Good benefits though.
Cons
No remote options. Only in-office. It is a very liberal environment. You can only bring your whole self to work if you celebrate the Democrat platform. Everything is subject to quality & monitoring. You are expected to be a robot, not human. No room for error. It doesn't matter if you perform at 100% for several years - plus 100% is not even recognized. Must be 150% to rank Exceeds/Exceeds. It's evident they are looking to get rid of the old to welcome in the young. Good luck in finding quality replacements for loyal, dedicated, responsible associates who meet all of the metrics year after year. Sad to have wasted so many years here.

- 1.0Nov 27, 2023Customer Service RepresentativeCurrent Employee, less than 1 yearFort Lauderdale, FL
Pros
Before starting, the training was okay
Cons
A lot of inconsistencies. Policies are changing weekly. Not enough improvements on the product to assist clients with their issues. Nobody within management is on the same page, leaving employees confused about what to do in certain situations. Do not waste your time here.
