    Pros

    Good company that cares about employees and its customers. It is a good place to grow and help others grow.

    Cons

    Better pay needed, top performers need to get a higher salary increase that what is given at bank of América.

    I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Benefits, vacation time, pay (in some cases), recognition program, promote from within, flexibility (depending on who you are)... all depends on who you are and who you work for. I've had great bosses and then... not so much

    Cons

    Sexual harassment, shady HR practices, favoritism in the work environment, discrimination against mothers, managers that don't help you get promoted as to not lose top talent, unable to get answers from HR

    Advice to Management

    Take complaints seriously. The anti retaliation policy is BS and we all know it.
