I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

Challenging environment, lots to learn. If you are productive and make valuable contributions, you'll be recognized.

      Cons

It can be stressful. It is an environment where you can't rest on your laurels. You have to keep moving forward. However, this is the type of env I like, so actually a "pro" for me. I put in the con section as not the right place for everyone.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

      Pros

There is a lot of mobility within the bank so opportunities abound if you do a good job. Work life balance is pretty decent. There is a strong culture of managing risk in a specific way.

      Cons

As expected, there is a fair amount of politics. There are some processes that are heavy and some work to streamline is required.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 19 years

        Pros

The company and its executives are truly committed to diversity and inclusion as well as to making improvements in environment, social and governance (ESG) arenas

        Cons

Having ~240,000 employees can make it difficult to navigate the company and at times will slow process improvement. LOB specific goals can create “silo” thinking in some leaders as well
