    Pros

    Nice people and all willing to help if needed. Good work-life balance

    Cons

    getting a full-time gig is nearly impossible. I've worked with people who have contracted for 3,4 years and they only became full-time when threaten to leave.

    Majority of IB Operation functionality is leaving NY/NJ and moving down south or India

    My India counterparts work 50,60 hours a week (NY hours) and they do not get overtime pay

    Poor Management and nepotism. Lack of quality employee. Unable to retain talent.
