I have been working at Bank of America

    Pros

Great benefits. Good team environment. There are always goals to reach for to keep people driven to do a decent job.

    Cons

Some of the employees are underqualified for their positions. Some employees lack professionalism, and bring down team numbers as a result.

    Pros

Great Benefits, constant feedback, opportunities to advance, constant training

    Cons

too big, you are a number to corporate. Constant push to sell products, constant change in how to do things

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to where your stores are. Not all things work in all areas. Step down from Corporation and look at people as people.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 4 years

    Pros

    Good pay, schedule and benefits

    Cons

Not being able to do the right thing for a customer and always having to look at how the bank would profit vs being able to help someone. Not enough stability.

    Advice to Management

None, they probably don't really care.
