    Insurance benefits and 401K options

    Cons

    ZERO work life balance for managers. Mandatory 6 day work weeks. 50++ hours per week with no lunch break. High Stress. Managers are not treated like human beings, especially in “single leader” centers. Expectation is Perfection. No room for error with constant policy and/or procedural change.
