I have been working at Bank of America (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Childcare reimbursement is the best thing I can think of.

    Cons

Everything is based on not WHAT you know but who you are in good with in management. This company cannot compete with the salaries at other companies. They want to work you to death for peanuts.

    Advice to Management

Be fair to associates and value the associates that you have. This company has people who have been with the bank for 15 plus years who are leaving due to pay and politics.
