    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Not much right now. Typical old fashion banking mentality,

    Cons

    Disorganized
Bogged down in so many policies and procedures you cannot be effective in your assigned role. So you need to work hours unpaid to accomplish what must be done. Everyone is very nice but no one will assume responsibility to make a decision

    Advice to Management

Allow your people to make decisions without so many bean counters. No ne can make progress forward due all the self imposed procedures. Systems checks should be run BEFORE installing programs which didn't and don't work effectively therefore compounding any progress.. Commit to back up your employees not summarily dismiss them because you over estimate the new for your work force.
