I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The benefits, regular paycheck and employee banking were all pretty awesome. Even the people you sit around can be great.

    Cons

However, every little thing is micromanaged. From the time you take in between calls to the amount of calls in a day. The idea isn’t to give your people more rules and regulations to deal with to make their job harder. Make it so they can work almost autonomously.

    Advice to Management

Y’all don’t know what you’re doing half the time. The building I was in was inefficient as a whole.

    Pros

My work schedule was nice. Sunday-Wednesday (10 hour shift). Our schedules changed every 3-6 months. Onsite cafeteria and an atm inside of the building.

The position was very stressful and sad. Clients were always yelling due to their card being declined. I understood their frustration and but it was mentally exhausting.

    Advice to Management

    Empathize
