I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Benefits, location. Can't think of any other pros. Sorry. None, none, none, none, none, none, none, none. I can't think of 20 words for the pros.

    Cons

Higher management may ask for opinions but never follow through with it. Advancement , bonus, and salary increase based upon on what higher ups you know or who you kiss up to. If you are a certain older age don't count on moving up. Very high turnover. Twice a year they do a massive firing so you may come in and end up with no job so NO JOB SECURITY. Call center a gossip mill. Parking is horrible at this location and building dusty and moldy.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees who are actually working the job they have good ideas that may make the job more manageable. Work in things that motivate your employees that will help them want to do a better job. Don't say things to just to pacify your employees, it makes you look like liars.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Trail by fire on the job training will provide solid experience if you are able to stay long enough.

    Cons

National management created a culture designed to generate misery and high turnover so as to underpay and overwork as much as possible.

    Advice to Management

Middle management was great - leave. You can do better. National management ask yourself if creating a culture of fear and misery is really the only way to control cost and examine if maybe there is another reason you have implemented this strategy.
